College Film Tour has discovered through offering our film festival event to schools across the country that many schools have significant campus-wide student film festivals that produce high quality film each year. We have taken notice of these great events that screen some of the finest student filmmaking each year and want to join in on the fun.
College Film Tour is proud to announce to all of our current and prospective host schools that we are offering a slot in College Film Tour’s Film Festival Series to the winner of any annual student film festival that screens our program in conjunction with their event. College Film Tour is dedicated to the advancement of independent film and filmmakers. We feel that increasing the exposure for your campus, student filmmakers and campus film community is accomplishing both of our primary goals.
The rules for entry are very simple:
- There must be at least 3 submissions.
- The films must be under 25 minutes (The shorter the film the more Screenings).
- The films must be judged to be best film by some body (audience, judge’s panel, etc.).
- The filmmakers must have permission to show their film at film festivals.
